A fortnight ago, rapper and CEO of AMG Business, Criss Waddle asked the people of the Asante Akyem South constituency, where Obuor is hoping to be elected Member of Parliament not to vote for him.
“Pls don’t VOTE for this Guy, he’s a waste of time and a selfish person stomach Politician,” Criss Waddle tweeted.
Many see the tweet as a great setback to Obuor’s bid to be voted Mp.
The former Musiga president is equally not happy about criss waddle’s tweet.
Reacting to the post , Obour said he would have sued Criss Waddle had it not been the fact that the campaign for his parties primaries has heightened .
“ Instead Of Criss Waddle and Co. sitting on social media and criticizing, what stops them from going to Musiga to have access to the Union’s audited account, if you sense any malfeasance, report it to the police and let the due process be followed. If it’s not the fact that I was in the heat of my campaign, I would’ve sorted a legal opinion “ Obour noted.
The native of Juaso and his campaign team are currently gearing up for his party’s primaries which is expected to take place on April 25.
Should Obuor win the Asante Akyem South primaries, he will represent his party (NPP) in the 2020 general election .
