WILL OBOUR SUE THE RIDGE HOSPITAL ? Doctors & Nurses quarantined over his late father’s case, test NEGATIVE.

A document sighted by konxeptworae.com has confirmed that all 7 Nurses, 3 doctors and an IT specialist who were put under mandatory quarantine following exposure to Obour’s late father at the Ridge Hospital have all tested NEGATIVE .

The news release signed by the management of The Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH) noted that all staff quarantined including an I.T specialist have tested negative.

It has also emerged that all 33 persons quarantined in Juaso after meeting with Obour and his late father have tested negative and all of Obours household have also tested negative for Corona Virus.

Prior to his father’s demise, OBOUR who was the late Nana Osei Boansi Kuffour’s caretaker tested negative for coronavirus.

Just to clear his doubts, he did another test after his mandatory 14-day quarantine, once again, the result came out negative.

Many including acclaimed rapper , Sarkodie have urged the ‘Konkontibaa’ hitmaker to sue the Ridge hospital for defamation and for creating the impression that he endangered the lives of Doctors and Nurses at the Ridge Hospital.

The Rap king was is of the Opinion that, there is more to the blatant claims that OBOUR’s father died from Coronavirus, Stressing the Ridge Hospital Must be sued if it turns out that the LATE NANA OSEI BOANSI did not die from Coronavirus.

The question is will Obour sue the health facility for defamation of Character ?


Reports emerged on Friday March 27 that Popular musician and former MUSIGA president, Obour has lost his father to Coronavirus.

Aged 75, Nana Osei Boansi Kuffuor, who until his death was the Oyokohene at the Juaso Traditional area , gave up the ghost at the Ridge Hospital in Accra.

Obour was heavily criticized and demonized for not disclosing his father’s travel history on time, which could have hinted health workers that he was infected with Coronavirus.

The ‘Konkontibaa’ composer protested the allegations, Stressing he made known his father’s travel history to the frontline workers.

Obour stated clearly he didnt hide his fathers travel history and that he does not believe his father died of coronavirus , and has subsequently challenged authorities at the ridge hospital to produce his dad’s autopsy report to confirm the cause of his death .
